An initiative run by SFU Public Square and the Downtown Vancouver BIA that enables individuals to collaborate in creating a compelling vision of what Downtown Vancouver could become over the next 25 years.
WHAT
Developing a unique, compelling brand and online experience that encourages public engagement in imagining the future of Downtown Vancouver.
HOW
In under a month, we launched Re-Imagine Downtown Vancouver’s identity and website starting with a brand strategy that reflected the diversity of the people and environment in Vancouver. We used imagery, icons and colours to launch a new identity that encompasses the vibrancy of Vancouver and evokes a fluid user experience online building on our evolving city.
IMPACT
Since its launch, Re-Imagine Downtown Vancouver has gained traction and has been featured far and wide in the media, research reports and public engagement initiatives.
