Railyard Lab is an opportunity for emerging talent to evolve within an environment that provides mentorship, industry experience, and leadership capabilities.

We are an intern powered studio within a studio that brings together business and design students for a collaborative and immersive work experience. Under the mentorship of industry professionals, students are exposed to a full breadth of work and client situations to develop new brands and ideas.

We will be reviewing applications and conducting interviews on an ongoing basis, meaning the earlier you apply, the better! This is a paid internship and in-person attendance is required for this internship.

BUSINESS + DESIGN

Innovation lies at the intersection between the complementary characteristics of business and design that enables Dossier Creative to create the unseen. We extend expertise from both ends of an industry spectrum toward an internship team that is the next generation of business and design thinkers.

APPRENTICESHIP

Working with the us, apprentices take on projects under mentorship with the Railyard and Dossier teams. The opportunity for Railyard cohorts to mentor an apprentice creates a collaborative environment in the office that leads to new learning, an exchange of expertise, and a growing network of workmates and friends.

ALUMNI NETWORK

Our Railyard Lab alumni network grows every year and manifests itself in a LinkedIn and Facebook group. Additionally, alumni are invited to the office throughout the year for presentations. Cohorts have opportunities to present in front of external advisory committees made up of local businesses partners and Railyard alumni.

Started by the 2016 cohort, future cohorts will be able to physically embody their summer experience and share with future cohorts their memories and stories. See details of the legacy project here!
